  • Advised a consortium of Korean financial institutions on their USD 300 million senior secured credit facility financing into a portfolio of thermal power generation assets in Texas owned by a private equity firm
  • Advised a consortium of Korean financial institutions on their investment into senior secured fixed rates notes issued in relation to the City of Chicago’s parking meter system concession
  • Advised a consortium of Korean financial institutions on their acquisition of USD 500 million senior secured loan notes issued in relation to an Australian coal export terminal
