Jinho Kim is a partner at LAB Partners and had started his professional career in the areas of M&A, corporate finance transaction, while also practicing in Japan related cross border deals including in-bound investment from Japan, with experience of spending his early stage of life in Japan.
After studying in Waseda University Japan, Mr. Kim deepened his understanding of Japanese and Japanese corporates, based on which he is currently providing extensive legal advice and CEO management consulting on various issues, not only on M&A transactions but also on labor/employment, compliance related issues including internal investigation, protection of data and confidential business information.
